Final touches (aka 80% of the work in a game)


During the last few days I have been polishing the game.

I found a bug where fruits would not combine after touching, i think this happened when a fruit was instantiated already touching other, so i recheck after an interval.
I modeled and added a "jar" in blender and gave it a transparent shader.

Added sounds, particle effects and the fruits do not pop in and out instantly but they scale over a fraction of a second.

I added some terrain an trees from unity terrain and tree systems. I didn't want to add textures or even materials to the trees so I used a trick I learned developing Geodessey, setting in the lighting settings the fog to linear. This way the palm trees have some color but some volume at the same time.

Also added top scores and I consider this little game done!

I am attaching some fruit textures here too!
